Think of the proverbial shoe string and you get a good picture. There is no glamorous office, no expense account or fancy business lunches for staff. Far from it.

In Australia, we are staffed entirely by charity volunteers happy to donate their time and professional expertise to such a worthy cause. In Bangladesh , we employ only local people at local wages to teach the children.

A system that works hard to educate every child.

Donations are held in the CO-ID Australian bank account and enough funds are transferred to the Bangladesh bank account each month. This is split between the local committees to pay the teachers and other school expenses. Expenses are reported back up the system every month along with rolling 3-month financial forecasts.
